• When working on anterior crown and bridge cases, we like to have photos e-mailed to Mark  before case is started and after the case is finished if possible.  This will help achieve the most esthetically pleasing result for the patient. 
• When an impression is received and evaluated by Mark, and he feels there may be a problem which will adversely affect the end result of the crown, he will call the doctor to discuss the case; and we may need to re-impress.  If the decision has been made by the doctor to proceed with the case, and there was a problem with the end result of the crown, the crown will be re-made at full price.

• Badger warranties its work against manufacturer defects – not against patient neglect or accident.  The warranty is as follows: 1st year 100%, 2nd year 80%, 3rd year 70%, 4th year 60%, 5th year 50% and void following the 5th year. 
• Treatment planning larger cases with Mark are encouraged before the case is started to ensure the perfect smile design.  There is no additional cost for this service; it is simply an added value service for you.
• Custom staining and custom shades can be done in our laboratory or at your office chair side.  There is separate fee for in laboratory or in office and a 48 hour notice is requested for proper scheduling.  
• Same day repairs and relines are offered.  If the call is received by 9:30 am., the case will be picked up, repaired and returned to your office by 4:00 pm.   If the call is received after 9:30 am the case will be delivered the next business day by noon.  Badger DOES NOT charge a same day fee – this is simply an added value service for you.
• Rush cases do arise from time to time.  Badger will always try to accommodate your situation, provided it is not abused, and get your restoration to you when needed.  There is no charge for a rush case, it is simply an added value to you. 
• For your information, your cases are manufactured by the same technicians daily.  Badger prides itself on being a high-end, high quality laboratory not so large that different technicians are working on your cases.  Rest assured that the consistency and quality will always remain the same and the finished porcelain work and esthetics are being done by Mark himself.  You WILL feel that you have an in-house technician doing your work.  There is no charge for this luxury; it is simply an added value to you.
